Dr. Miriam Yates is a registered Psychologist who thrives when partnering with people and organisations to solve workplace challenges. Miriam has a background in organisational psychology, consulting and applied research. She brings an enthusiastic, positive and solution-focused approach to all of her work outcomes. Miriam emphasises taking the time to listen and process what is currently happening for those she works alongside, to develop and implement solutions that ‘stick’ for the longer term. She brings her significant research background into her consulting, exploring ways to develop and measure workplace diagnostics when proposing the options. Miriam is energised by developing leaders, supporting inclusive workplaces and diverse teams, career coaching, positive workplace culture, individual and team resilience, and psychometric assessment at all stages of a career.
Dr. Phoebe Cook is a registered Psychologist who is passionate about helping people and making a positive impact on other’s lives. She believes in empowering others to realise their own strengths and potential, and using these to achieve their goals. With a background in Human Resources, organisational psychology and counselling, Phoebe brings a mix of a compassionate, strengths-based and solution-focused approach to her coaching and consulting work. She has worked within and alongside corporate, Government and non-for-profit clients and has extensive experience within the healthcare, finance and construction industries. She takes time to listen and analyse, and then tailors unique solutions using evidence based approaches. Phoebe has a particular interest in leadership and career coaching, resilience and stress management and psychometric assessments.
Dr. Niamh Dawson is a registered psychologist with a background in industrial-organisational psychology, applied research and research methods. Niamh adopts a person-centered approach to her work and finds personal motivation in truly engaging with, supporting, and educating individuals and organisations. Niamh’s passion lies in conducting, communicating and applying quality research to real-world challenges, with the aim of building sustainable solutions. Coupled with her enthusiasm for people, Niamh’s extensive research training offers a unique approach to common organisational problems. Although she hols particular expertise in data collection, management and analysis, her interests more broadly extend to diversity and inclusion, motivation in the workplace, leadership, and resilience.
